Important Information
- Riders must be at least 156cm tall
- Riders to hold a valid drivers licence; photo ID may be required and photographed
- Parent/Guardian participating may enquire if teenage children may also participate
- Punctuality essential: Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Cancellation
- Participants may cancel and receive a full refund any time up to 24 hours prior to hire start
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of a Tour start
- Tours will be postponed or cancelled on extreme or catastrophic weather days
